The Guarantee: We warrant the Mechanical Integrity of our installation to remain 100% weather-tight for a full decade. We don’t just warrant the material; we warrant the Surgical Engineering that keeps Utah snow and sun from ever reaching your home’s structural bones.
Applies when new materials are “tied-in” to existing roof flashing or aged components against our professional recommendation.
The Guarantee: The warranty for these specific transitions is limited to the Utah statutory minimum of one year. We cannot guarantee the life of a system we did not re-engineer. We prioritize “Surgical” fixes over cosmetic cover-ups.
